We aren’t meant to do this alone

This month I've been overflowing with gratitude for the connections I have.

Even as a highly motivated healthcare leader, it can feel lonely and isolating. This is one of the most common realisations you make when you first step up into leadership.

Then you realise you don't have to do it alone. It's about the people to draw around you. The close connections you have become your advisory board. This week we explore why you need an advisory board, what it is and the people who could make up your board.
